“Rineke Dijkstra: A Retrospective” is an ongoing exhibition at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art through May 28. Organized by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, the exhibition features nearly 70 color photographs and five video installations of the Dutch artist Rineke Dijkstra. As part of the One On One project, on April 19 a curator talk by Lisa Sutcliffe, assistant curator of photography at SFMOMA, will take place at 6:30 pm in the Haas Atrium before moving into the galleries. In the meantime check our brief visual essay after the break.
