Julia celebrates the release of Ekstasis in her hometown of Los Angeles this Sunday, April 1st with a free show at Atwater Crossing. Presented in part by dublab, the show will feature performances by Rick Bahto (who directed the video for “Marienbad”) and Mark So, back-dropped by projections from Zhelezov. More info here. Holter and her ensemble of Christopher Votek (cello) and Corey Fogel (percussion) prepare for extensive US & European touring beginning with a special solo appearance by Julia at the Unsound Music Festival in New York on Wednesday, April 18th.
